Phases of Requirements Process

No Comments on Phases of Requirements Process

The phases of Requirement Process are:

  • Requirement Elicitation

In this phase you elicit (evoke or draw out) requirements using various elicitation techniques like brainstorming, requirements workshop, interviews, documentation review, interface analysis, etc.

  • Requirement Analysis

In this phase, you make the requirements clear and remove ambiguity. You use modeling techniques to spin and model the requirements in a way such that both the business and the technical teams draw the same conclusion from them.

  • Requirement Organisation

In this phase, you arrange and order the requirements. You also set attributes to add details to the requirements so that you can search, filter, prioritize, and test them.

  • Requirements Approval

In this phase, you get the requirement approved by the business, technical, and sponsor/committee teams.
